A PARCEL-GILT TROMPE L'OEIL SILVER AND GLASS VODKA SET
MARK OF IVLEV DMITRIEVICH, ST. PETERSBURG, 1899-1904
Comprising a frosted glass flask with silver holder and six glass vodka cups and silver holders, each body chased and engraved to simulate basketweave; the flask holder of square cylindrical section applied with twisted rope below rim forming hooks for vodka cups, the flask with glass stopper, surmounted by a shot glass simulating tied burlap, forming the cover engraved with a monogram, each cup holder with scroll handle and glass liner, in the original fitted wood case, the cover with silver case with engraved monogram, marked throughout
