The later campan mélangé marble top above a pierced frieze decorated with C-scrolls, floral swags and interlacing strapwork, flanked by coiled chimeras surmounting chanelled and molded square cabriole legs, joined by a X-shaped stretcher with flower-filled basket above a central cartouche with oval medallion, probably originally conceived as a cabinet stand
