A late 18th/early 19th century gold and pearl pendant
The openwork bow-shaped surmount with seed pearl and pearl decoration, suspending an articulated pierced panel with single pearl accent, terminating in a drop shaped pearl pendant, circa 1800, 6.2cm long
Accompanied by report no. 07069, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, dated 18th January 2013, stating that the pearl drop, measuring approximately 8.6-10.2mm in width and approximately 15mm in length, is natural of saltwater origin.
