The central oval cabochon pink sapphire within a rose-cut diamond flowerhead design surround, finger size M, cluster late 19th century, later mounted as a ring
Accompanied by report no. 04648 dated 7th October 2011 from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, London, stating that the pink sapphire was natural and no evidence of heat treatment was observed
