Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and raised gold indexes in 1930 and its subsequent sale on 20 March 1937.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch is one of only five examples, all cased in yellow gold, to have been offered in public before.
