With octagonal browned twist barrel rifled with four grooves, blued bead fore-sight and rear-sight of one standing and two folding leaves calibrated to 300 yards, case-hardened serial numbered cylinder engraved with a band of foliage at the front edge, border and scroll engraved case-hardened frame signed in full on the top-strap and with nipple-shield on the left side, blued border and scroll engraved hammer-shroud, blued arbor-pin, arbor-pin-catch and safety-stop, well figured walnut half-stock with chequered grip, blued border and scroll engraved mounts comprising butt-plate and trigger-guard, the latter with chequered flat front, and blued trigger, retaining much original finish throughout, London proof marks, in original fitted oak case lined in green baize with some accessories including Adams patent 32-bore double-cavity brass bullet/ball mould, good Hawksley rifle flask, brass Sykes circular percussion cap dispenser, and Dixon oil bottle, the lid with Deane, Adams & Deane trade label, the exterior with circular brass escutcheon
