The entire collection was amassed with great care over three generations, commencing in the 19th century during the demise of the Qing Dynasty. The family acquired the items from all over the world during their travels, including Hong Kong, mainland China and numerous European countries.

A WHITE JADE RECTANGULAR PENDANT PLAQUE
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The rectangular pendant is delicately carved to one side with a figure in a small boat beside a pavilion. The reverse is carved with five lines of calligraphy. The stone is of a creamy white tone.

Provenance
A private North American collection formed from the 19th century onwards.
