KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The basin is sturdily potted with gently rounded sides rising to an everted mouth rim. The interior is delicately enamelled with a fenced garden scene depicting a mother with three children at play beside her. The mouth rim is decorated with a continuous lotus pond scene with birds in flight.
