19TH CENTURY, SAVONA, BLUE PAINTED WINDMILL MARKS
Applied with two dragon head handles terminating in masks, and a mask head spout, painted to one side with mythological figures below the inscription CHA/RI/TAS to the neck, the other side with two cornucopia of flowers enclosing rampant lions supporting a fountain
