A BLUE AND WHITE HU VASE
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-95)
The vase has twin dragon handles and is decorated to its upper and lower section with lotus heads and scrolling foliage, bands of pendant ruyi heads and foaming waves encircle the shoulders. Further bands of classic scroll and lappets encircle the mouth and base respectively.
