A MUGHAL-STYLE CELADON JADE SWORD HILT INSET WITH SEMI-PRECIOUS STONES
18TH CENTURY
The cross-shaped hilt is inset with semi-precious stones laid out in floral designs within gold borders. The pommel is mounted with a ruby-red stone. The jade is of an even celadon colour.
6 in. (15.2 cm.) long, on wood mount
