A PALE CELADON JADE MODEL OF A GOOSE

The goose is carved in the round, standing on webbed feet, bearing in its long beak a sprig of leaves which trail along the sides of the body. The bird's back is hollowed with a circular aperture. The furled wings are finely incised to depict feathers.
