A LARGE BLUE AND WHITE 'IMMORTALS' BOWL
EARLY KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The bowl has steep sides and flaring rim, is heavily potted, the exterior is decorated with the Eight Immortals at leisure beneath trees, observed by Shoulao seated on a crane in flight. The base has a channelled groove for fitting onto a stand.
