Both signed Nihon koku Kyoto ju Komai sei, Meiji period (late 19th century)
The first a cha-dansu with staggered shelves, inlaid in hirazogan with a rural scene with temples, the top with roundels of flowers and birds on a hanabishi ground; and another with drawers depicting ho-o, butterflies and irises
