Decorated in underglaze blue with a landscape of mountains and a lake, the shoulder and the lower body with a band of lappets, the foot with three karashishi heads, two handles in the form of further karashishi [Chinese lion] heads, European style brass mounts, the cover surmounted with a karashishi finial
