MARK OF EDWARD CHARLES BROWN, LONDON, ONE 1867, TWO 1872
Comprising a mustard pot and a pair of salt and pepper shakers, each in the form of a seated monkey with glass eyes, the larger figure with hinged hat-form cover opening to reveal a glass pot, the smaller figures with perforated heads, marked under bases, the larger figure marked underneath hinged cover, the smaller figures marked on cover bezels, also with patent registration mark
The largest 4¼ in. (10.8 cm.) high; 9 oz. 10 dwt. (300 gr.) gross weight (3)
