Circular on a circular foot, the foot with gadrooning and foliage below a band with classical figures and masks, the knopped stem with masks, foliage and herms, the bowl centering a gilt-metal relief portrait of Queen Victoria, surrounded by roses, thistles and shamrocks, symbols of the British Union, marked underneath
