A LONGQUAN CELADON BULB BOWL
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The compressed censer is raised on three lion-mask and paw supports and moulded on the exterior with two narrow bands of spaced bosses encircling the body. The censer is covered overall with a glaze of sea-green tone, with the exception of an unglazed ring at the centre of the base.
