DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The vase is well potted of characteristic meiping form, covered in finely mottled pink enamel. The rim and base are covered with a transparent glaze.

A small Daoguang-marked bottle vase (6 1/2 in. high) previously in the Edward T. Chow and Yangzhitang Collections also covered in pink enamel was sold at Christie's Hong Kong, 1 December 2009, lot 1890.
