THE RARE REPORT OF THE HAYCRAFT ENQUIRY INTO THE FIRST MAJOR ARAB RIOTS, which led to the suspension of Jewish immigration for the first time in the British administration. The Commission attributed Arab discontent to economic and political causes, including Jewish immigration and Zionist policy. Also reproduces the text of Secretary of State Winston Churchill's letter to the High Commissioner for Palestine, dated 21 September, 1921.
