A FRENCH GILT-BRONZE MOUNTED PINK MARBLE CLOCK GARNITURE
LATE 19TH CENTURY
The rectangular case with acorn finials and surmounted by an urn, the pilaster supports to each side applied with a ram's head and joined by a bow, foliate border to base, the white enamel dial painted with ribbon-tied floral swags, Roman hours and five-minute marks, pierced gilt-brass hands, the twin barrel movement with anchor escapement and rack striking to bell, with pendulum; with a pair of conforming five-light candelabra en suite
The clock: 17 in. (43.1 cm.) high; 9¼ (23.5 cm.) wide; 5½ in. (14 cm.) deep
