Lot Essay

The Flowers Of Romance were one of the earliest Punk bands formed in London in 1976. The band was formed by Jo Faull (guitar) and Sara Hall (bass), two faces on the early punk scene and girlfriends of Steve Jones and Paul Cook. Sid Vicious briefly sang with the band in the Summer of 1976; the band never actually played live but rehearsed in squats and at Chalk Farm Studios.
