With curved fullered single-edged blade etched on each side with foliage, exotic birds, latin inscriptions and, on the inner side, an arm brandishing a scimitar, iron half-basket hilt of rounded bars with asymmetrical shell guards each filled with a pierced iron plate, short downturned rear quillon, thumb-ring, grip bound with brass wire, and flattened globular pommel, two of the principle bars with double knops
