Of characteristic form with riveted strapwork to all panels and the lid, false front escutcheon and lock to the hinged lid throwing six bolts, the interior painted red, the inside of the lid with painted panel involving birds in a wooded landscape (probably later), the ends each with carrying handle, blackened finish to exterior, with key
