A LARGE CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PUNCH BOWL
EARLY QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
Finely enamelled and gilt on the exterior with large tree peony and other flowering growing on a terrace beside blue pierced slab rocks, the interior with similar flowers and hibiscus amongst foliage in an elaborate roundel at the centre, and an ornate border at the rim of trellis spandrels, acanthus leaves and flowers
