THE BOWLS, KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722); THE SAUCERS, TIANQI PERIOD (1605-27)
The first, each with a floral roundel to the centre surrounded by a ruyi-head band and scrolling double-lotuses, apocryphal Jiajing underglaze blue six-character marks; the second, each decorated with a seated musician playing the pipa, underglaze blue square mark to the bases
