ATTRIBUTED TO CLAUDE-ETIENNE MICHARD, CIRCA 1765
Each with shaped rectangular padded back, sides and chanelled seat covered in close-nailed light blue floral silk damask, on cabriole legs headed by palmettes plissées and terminating in scrolled feet, each branded with the marque au feu for the château de Chanteloup, with an anchor flanked by the initials CP surmounted by a crown, redecorated
