A GROUP OF GEORGE III ENGLISH AND SCOTTISH SILVER TABLE WARES,
VARIOUS MAKER'S MARKS, MID-LATE 18TH CENTURY,
each fully marked, comprising a small pear-form cream jug one three feet, London, 1751, maker's mark possibly 'JJ'; a small saucer boat with scroll handle on three feet, London, 1762, maker's mark 'C.D'; a pair of shaped snuffer trays with pierced gallery and incised crest, Sheffield, 1776, maker's mark 'H.T over T.L',; a reticulated mustard pot with incised crest to hinged cover and blue glass liner, marked for Robert Hennell I, London, 1791; and a small oval sugar basket with swing handle, incised with crest and motto 'DEO.JUVANTE.VINCO' (By God's assistance I conquer), Edinburgh, 1793, maker's mark 'WR'
