THE SILVER VARIOUSLY MARKED, 19TH-20TH CENTURY,
the English fully marked, comprising a small rectangular glass box with reticulated silver cover, marked for London, 1839; and a silver mounted globular perfume bottle with glass stopper, the silver marked for Birmingham, 1910; the French marked '.950', comprising a large rectangular cut glass box with silver cover; the German marked '800', comprising two sets of five tea glass holders (with eight glass liners, some replaced) and decanters (one lacking stopper); and a sugar bowl with hinged cover and blue glass liner; the American marked 'Sterling', comprising a Gorham silver mounted cut glass tray, and a cut glass globular bowl with silver cover
