Two Dutch brandy bowls,
one of tapering oval form and chased with a Biblical vignette, a bird, a hound, flowers, foliage and C-scrolls and with two openwork mask, shell and putti handles, one side later-applied with an oval cartouche - 9½in. (24cm.) overall, the second of tapering circular form and decorated with vignettes with windmills, birds, flowers and foliage and with two openwork mask, shell and putti handles, the body and foot each decorated with beaded friezes - 7¼in. (18.25cm.) overall.
