A Russian mid 19th Century composite campaign canteen
comprising: a gilt-lined beaker with detachable lower compartment containing a double-opening box, possibly for condiments, a folding spoon and fork, a knife with detachable steel blade, a teaspoons with naval crest, and an alluminium alloy corkscrew, all in a fitted leather case, mainly various St. Petersburg makers, various dates, the beaker with compartments and the fork by Fabian Fredrik Allenius, 1859 and 1860, the teaspoon Moscow 1908-1917, the beaker 4½in. (11.75cm.) high overall.
