A pair of Victorian silver-gilt dessert stands,
each on a trefoil base engraved with a crest and applied with a central foliate finial, the scrolling foliate supports terminating in lion's masks and lion's paw feet and joined by stylised shell aprons, each with cut glass bowl, and a similar larger example with no crest or glass bowl, Smith & Nicholson, London 1861 and 1862 - 13in. (33cm.) and 10¼in. (26cm.), 100.25oz. free. (3)
