A CIZHOU-TYPE BROWN SLIP-PAINTED VASE, YUHUCHUNPING
YUAN DYNASTY (1279-1368)
The pear-shaped body is painted in brown with three foliate sprays arranged diagonally between line borders on a white slip ground and under a clear glaze that falls short of the spreading, unglazed foot.
