A WHITE JADE FACETED SNUFF BOTTLE
1780-1850
The bottle is of tapering, rectangular shape with rounded corners and is raised on a quadrilobed foot ring. Each side is carved with a panel of conforming outline, and the narrow sides are carved in relief with mask-and-ring handles. The semi-translucent stone is softly polished.
2 3/8 in. (6 cm.) high, pink glass stopper
