MARK OF LUCAS ANDERSON STEEN, BERGEN, 1ST HALF OF 17TH CENTURY
Shaped circular with alternate plain and snakeskin lobes, the scroll side handles with rat-tails and terminating in masks, raised on four dolphin feet, centre with stamped flowers around a vacant domed reserve and edged with bead borders, chased sun-burst decoration between base of lobes, rim initialled E-I-S
