MARK OF HANS FRUHINSFELD, NUREMBURG, CIRCA 1650, THE FOLIAGE CALYX WITH MARK OF THE RAUCHWOLF FAMILY
The lobed bowl applied near the rim with foliage, the conforming foot with further applied foliage, the rim engraved with fruiting grapevines, the detachable cover with a later cruciform finial and pierced for further foliage, now lacking, the inside fitted with a later domed dish, engraved underneath with initials 'F.A.V.D', the upper part of the stem possibly later, marked near rim, the foot and cover each further marked with maker's mark, the foot further marked with a later tax mark
