Gouache heightened with gold on paper, Devi riding her lion mount holds various weapons and shields the other gods behind her from the advances of the red-skinned demon Mahishasura and a further green-skinned demon on a chariot, marked '45' in red devanagri numerals in the upper margin, within black rules on buff margins
