Smith 172 Strand London the globe made up of twelve coloured engraved gores and two polar calottes, graduated equator and ecliptic, the oceans with an analemma and showing the tracks of numerous exploratory expeditions; supported in engraved brass meridian ring, engraved calendrical paper horizon ring laid on wood, supported on four turned wooden legs united with cross-stretchers.
