each piece painted with a coat-of-arms below a crown, supported by two rampant lions, the revesre with a further coat-of-arms below bands of fruting vines, comprising: an oviform wine jug with hinged white metal cover and ball thumb-piece; and six tapering beakers, the footrim with white metal bands, all painted with the bi-centinery crossed swords above the date 1710 and 1910, blue crossed swords marks, the jug -- 12½in. (31.7cm.) high, the beakers -- 4 1/8in. (10.5cm.) high, circa 1910
