Comprising a dish painted to the central roundel with peony and chrysanthemum growing in a rock garden, the rim with floral cartouches reserved on a cash and diaper ground; and a dish decorated to the centre with prunus and peony surrounded by branches carrying pomegranate and peach reserved on a florette ground
The larger 15.1/8 in. (38.3 cm.) diam.
Provenance
One acquired in London in 1966, the other in France in 1974.
