TRANSLATION OF THE POEM:
Chrysanthemums never bow to the god of the sun for morning glow,
They would rather grow beside bamboo and rocks, splendidly isolated.
A noble man would do likewise,
As integrity is scarce in the world, unfortunately mundane.
