A JADEITE BELT HOOK
QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY
The buckle is carved and pierced with a large dragon-head terminal, facing a sinuous smaller dragon grasping a lingzhi spray in its mouth. The jade is of bright translucent apple green tone on top and of pale greyish-green tone along the base.
