With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch is set with 60 diamonds weighing 0.77 carats in 1965 and its subsequent sale on 15 July 1966.

The present lot is fresh to the market and further to our research, less than 10 examples have appeared at auction thus far.

Reference 2591 was manufactured from 1957 until 1970.
