engraving, 1513, on laid paper without watermark, a good Meder f impression, still printing relatively strongly, with the scratch across the horse’s hind leg, trimmed to within the subject above, on or just inside the platemark on three sides, upper left made up and filled in, repaired tears, pale foxing above, otherwise in generally good condition
