Comprising a pair of dishes painted with a central flower-head surrounded by scattered flowers; the other pair decorated with a large central peony bloom surrounded by upright flowers, scrolls, pomegranates and symbols
10½ and 10.7/8 in. (26.9 and 27.5 cm.) diam.
Provenance
Acquired in France in 1958 and 1960.
One dish of the second pair has a label 'J.F. Woodthorpe Collection' attached to the base.
