CASE: modelled as cupid riding a chariot drawn by a pair of Arab stallions, on marble plinth base applied with ormolu attributes of love, on paw feet DIAL: the wheel to chariot with white enamel Roman chapter ring around a skeletonised centre, gilt-brass Breguet-style hands MOVEMENT: the twin barrel movement with recoil anchor escapement, silk suspension and count wheel strike to bell; with pendulum, winding key and two regulating keys
