Lot Essay

After renouncing the wealth and power of the court to become a hermit, Liu Hai came to battle Jin Chan, a toad that caused great destruction with his greed. Losing a limb in their struggle, the toad was nursed back to health by Liu Hai. They became companions and Jin Chan repaid the hermit's kindness by helping others find treasure.
