PROPERTY FROM A WEST COAST COLLECTION Born in Beijing and a long time New York City resident, Frederick Feng-t'ien Kao (1919-1992) was an eminent Chinese-American scientist and scholar whose career spanned East and West. An authority on both Western science and Asian medicine, Dr. Kao was an avid collector of both art and calligraphy. He established relationships with many leading artists whose works grace his personal collection.

Each inscription signed and with a total of 13 seals
One leaf by Hu Shi dated 1958
Two leaves by Zeng Shaojie and Ding Yi dated jihai year (1959)
