Tibet, 15th/16th century
Seated on a double-lotus base with his hands in bhumisparshamudra, dressed in billowing patchwork robes that fall over the edge of the base, the face with bow-shaped mouth and elongated eyes flanked by pendulous earlobes, the hair in tight curls over the ushnisha and topped with a knop, the base sealed and with a raised double-vajra
