A SMALL GREY AND BLACK JADE TOGGLE
17TH/18TH CENTURY
The toggle is carved in the form of a bear shown recumbent with its head resting between the front legs. The claws and fur markings are well defined, and the bushy tail is finely incised. The toggle is pierced through the middle. The grey and black stone has some honey-brown-toned inclusions.
